Once your order is assigned, you'll receive an email from us with the full contact info of thecarrier. The driver will also receive your name, transport details, and contact info so they can get in touch with you to schedule the pickup. Typically, your transport won't be assigned to trucking company until the week of your "earliest pickup date."

Yes, your driver needs one working key to safely load and unload your vehicle from the trailer. This is standard practice for all car shipping - the key is returned to you upon delivery.

You can put a few items in the trunk as long as they don't weigh more than 50 lbs. Just make sure to let the carrier know in advance. Items must be below the window line and not in the front seats. Please note that these items aren't covered by the carrier's insurance policy, which only covers the vehicle itself so you could be at risk of losing these items. We definitely don't recommend putting anything valuable into the car.

Your car is insured for $50,000 to $150,000 while in transport. All carriers we use have active insurance policies within this coverage range.

If your vehicle is damaged during transit, please work directly with the carrier to resolve it quickly. They often prefer handling it without insurance to keep their record clean. However, for extensive damage, you may need to file a claim against the carrier's cargo insurance policy. We'll assist you with the necessary steps.

Our service is typically door-to-door, except when the pickup or drop-off location isn't accessible for large trucks. If you're in a narrow or hard-to-reach area, choose an easily accessible meeting spot with flat ground for loading, like a large parking lot.

Yes, a full condition report is completed when your vehicle is picked up and delivered. Most carriers will also take photographs. The bill of lading is crucial as it serves as an official record of your vehicle's condition before and after transport. It's needed for insurance claims in case of damages.
